Why should I send my phone to MPRD?
MPRD are a highly experienced team of technicians with over 15 years experience in phone mobile repairs. We appreciate how important mobile phones are to our customers and treat each phone with the care and attention it requires.
How long will it take to repair the phone?
Phones are usually fixed within 3 days, however this can take slightly longer due to nature of repair required of the phone, an estimate can be provided on inspection on the phone when it is received by MPRD.
MPRD also offer an express service of same day repair or a 24 hour service. This can be done at one of our walk-in shops or by courier service. There will be an additional charge for this service, which will be added to the bill.
How will my device be returned?
All devices are returned using an insured secure courier service.
Will any repairs void my manufacturers warranty?
The manufacturers warranty will be void if the manufacturer does not conduct any repairs involving opening the phone.
What payment methods do you accept?
All card payments excluding American Express.
Will I lose any data from my device?
We advise customer to do a full back –up of the phone as MPRD will not be held responsible for any loss of data. Repairs usually involve working with electrical items, therefore there is also a risk of data loss.
When do I pay for the repairs?
All payments are requested upfront, this ensures that when your device arrives, we have the parts available to repair your phone in a timely manner.
What happens if I change my mind?
Everyone has a right to change their minds, if we haven't started repairs, your device and payment will be returned to you, however, a charge of £14.99 will be deducted to pay for the postage and packing. If the repair has started, we will charge for the work that has already been carried out.
Is my data held on my device private?No data or personal information from the device will be passed on to any third party.
